Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, your plan change takes effect at the end of your billing period.

Your data is always safe. If you exceed the limits of your new plan, your items will remain accessible but you won't be able to add new ones until you're within limits.

Appraisal credits let you get professional AI-powered valuations for your items. Standard users get 2 credits/month, Family and Pro users get 5 credits/month. Additional credits can be purchased: $5.99 each, or save with bundles (5 for $14.99, 10 for $24.99).

Yes — the Free plan is genuinely free, with no time limit and no credit card. Upgrade to Standard, Family or Pro whenever you need the higher limits, and cancel at any time from your billing settings; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

It is in development and not available yet — no plan currently supports multiple members or a shared inventory. Today every account is a single inventory owned by one person. The Family plan is the largest tier: unlimited items, 200 GB of photo storage, 50 photos per item and 5 appraisal credits a month. We will update this page when shared households ship.

Absolutely. We use bank-level AES-256 encryption for all data. Your photos and inventory are stored securely in the cloud with regular backups, and we never sell your data. You can download a complete copy of everything we hold, or permanently delete your account, at any time from your privacy settings — that's GDPR and CCPA compliance you can exercise yourself, not just a promise.
